At Banfield, I maintain accurate client and pet records and triage calls and appointments. I also educate clients about Banfield’s Optimum Wellness Plans.

I provide service to pet owners and their pets, including during stressful situations, and work with teammates to share client and pet information.

Before Banfield, I cared for horses at Timmermann’s Ranch and Saddle Shop, including daily barn tasks and helping lesson-goers with their horses. I’m currently enrolled in Animal Behavior College’s Veterinary Assistant program.
