In my current role as a Veterinary Assistant/Technician, I administer treatments and medications to support improved health and well-being. I perform laboratory analysis including bloodwork, urine, and fecal screenings to help ensure timely diagnosis and treatment, while also educating pet owners on proper animal care, preventative measures, and post-operative instructions.

Previously, as a Veterinary Receptionist, I coordinated patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payments for billing, while answering owner questions and advising on best care practices. I manage multi-line phone communications, keep the office and waiting areas clean and welcoming, and support veterinarians with smooth daily operations.
