I'm building a no-code n8n AI operations workflow that categorizes internal issues, routes them based on defined logic, and identifies when human review is needed. I map workflow logic, test ambiguous scenarios, and document how information moves through each step so processes can be reviewed and improved.

I'm drawn to work where something does not add up and needs to be figured out. I want to grow in business analysis at the intersection of operations and agentic AI, turning business needs into clear requirements and workable processes.
