I am a Senior Rendering and Lighting Technical Director with over 15 years in high-end VFX and animation, having contributed to feature films and episodic television at studios such as MPC, DNEG, and Lucasfilm.

I bridge creative vision and technical execution by optimizing Katana/Maya pipelines, troubleshooting render farm issues, and developing custom Python/MEL tools that accelerate artist workflows and reduce compute costs.

My work includes look development, shading, lighting optimization, and serving as a primary technical escalation point for lighting departments on major productions like The Lion King, Godzilla, Sonic the Hedgehog, Cruella, and Maleficent.

I apply engineering rigor from my Civil Engineering background to pipeline architecture, and I focus on efficient beauty—delivering cinematic quality while minimizing computational overhead and improving team productivity.
