Most recently, as a Sterile Processing Technician II / I, I worked with surgeons, nurses, and operating room teams to coordinate urgent requests under tight deadlines. I maintained flawless communication across multiple critical stakeholders, mitigated sudden operational challenges, and supported quality and regulatory compliance.

Before that, I worked as a Course Coordinator & Customer Service Assistant, managing multi-channel inquiries by phone, email, and in-person support.
