What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support growing Shopify brands and Amazon sellers that need structured customer communication, social media management, and AI-powered workflows to scale reliably.

I help growing Shopify brands and Amazon sellers scale by managing customer experience, social media, and internal workflows with human support and AI-powered systems.

As a freelance E-commerce Support & Social Media Manager, I manage customer support, social engagement, and order communication across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, email, live chat, Instagram, and marketplace channels.

I handle order inquiries, shipping delays, refunds, complaints, product questions, reviews, and feedback while maintaining a consistent brand voice. I also organize inbox workflows, schedule content, moderate comments, and build documented processes that support faster, more reliable communication.

I use AI tools to improve response consistency, automate FAQs, support tagging and reporting, and reduce manual workload so founders can focus on growth and strategy.
