I’m a customer-focused operations professional with 8+ years of experience delivering high-touch administrative support, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining structured client systems in fast-paced environments. In my current role, I serve as the primary administrative liaison for internal and external stakeholders in a high-compliance energy setting. I coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple departments, and I act as the central communication hub to ensure timely, professional responses through email and internal messaging platforms.

I strengthen trust by protecting data and preserving accuracy in digital documentation and records. I maintain audit-ready filing systems, verify documentation completeness, track deliverables and priorities across teams, and support onboarding and compliance processes so new stakeholders receive accurate information packages.

I also drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies and partnering with management to implement better processes and SOPs. I bring advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience managing CRM and digital workflows (including fast adaptation to new CRM platforms like Lawmatics), and practical data analysis skills to support satisfaction and retention.
