I’m a customer-focused operations professional with 8+ years of experience delivering high-touch administrative support, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining structured client systems in fast-paced environments. I bring advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience managing CRM and digital workflows (including fast adaptation to new CRM platforms like Lawmatics), and practical data analysis skills to support satisfaction and retention.
