What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own technical onboarding and support for SaaS products, drive adoption using data and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally. I want to keep improving processes, training stakeholders, and ensuring reliable client integrations.

I’m a results-driven technical support and implementation professional supporting technology-driven products across multiple markets. I focus on client onboarding, system setup, issue investigation, and post-implementation support—always aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

In my current Technical Sales and Support role, I lead end-to-end management of Technical products—overseeing product development, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support for more than 10 products used by over 100 travel agencies. I analyze client needs, recommend tailored solutions, define KPIs, and regularly report management insights to drive measurable product effectiveness.

I’ve delivered multi-country product implementations across 18 markets, supporting over 100 clients while maintaining zero service disruption. I also spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by documenting common issues, solutions, and workflows to reduce repeat support requests and enhance product usability, scalability, and adoption.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Support Associate where I analyzed monthly sales performance, closed deals totaling over 15 million, and tracked over 1,000 product performances to improve decisions on design, marketing, and distribution. I also facilitated over 10 departmental trainings and provided technical support to over 100 online customers—strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear guidance, feedback analysis, and data-informed improvements.
