What I'm looking for
I’m a Computer Science graduate focused on customer success through hands-on implementation, technical operations, and precise support. I troubleshoot frontend issues using browser devtools and test APIs to quickly diagnose what’s blocking progress, then explain solutions clearly in writing.
In my current remote role, I manage digital asset libraries and content project workflows for global media brands, coordinating async handoffs across editing and production teams. I develop internal SOPs to standardize recurring workflows, reduce repeated errors, and maintain high-quality output at volume without micromanagement.
