What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer, member, or client support role where I can resolve complex service issues, provide clear guidance, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams in a high-volume environment.

I've supported members, patients, providers, insurers, dealers, and customers at APCO Holdings, GuideHealth, Elevance Health, Home Depot, and Unity Health Care. I handle high-volume inbound service across benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, authorizations, vehicle protection coverage, orders, and delivery concerns.

At GuideHealth and Elevance Health, I managed up to 90 daily contacts, researched coverage and claim discrepancies, explained EOBs and reimbursement processes, and documented complete case histories in Salesforce and internal systems. I work closely with billing, claims, network, operational, and third-party teams to resolve complex issues and reduce repeat contacts.

I'm focused on clear communication, empathy, de-escalation, accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and first-call resolution across phone, email, and chat support.
