What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Engineer who delivers accurate, timely client support while building strong, productive customer relationships. I use effective problem solving and time management to keep IT systems functional and users supported.
At Beebeejump Solar, I provide client support services and strengthen relationships through frequent calls and visits. I also support new product development and enhancement activities, attend trainings and workshops, and help less experienced staff when needed.
As a Freelance Technical Support Engineer, I handle installation & configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. I diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software faults, including account setup and network configuration, then follow up to ensure systems are fully functional. I also test and evaluate new technology.
Earlier, during my internship at Preston International School, I removed malware and other threats, configured hardware/software/peripherals for employee workstations, and resolved connectivity, software, and hardware issues. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and pursued CCNA certification to strengthen my technical foundation.
