I’m looking for an HR role where I can apply industrial psychology to strengthen talent management and employee relations, improve performance, and ensure compliance—within a supportive environment that values data accuracy, engagement, and continuous development.

I’m a passionate HR professional leveraging psychology to optimize talent, boost employee engagement, and drive organizational success. With a strong background in the automotive industry, I bring expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

In my current role at TOYOTA by CFAO (Parts Admin), I maintain and update employee records, prepare and distribute HR-related documents, and ensure data accuracy and security. I’ve also achieved a high customer satisfaction rate by 80% and led and mentored a team of junior staff while ensuring warehouse organization, tidiness, and compliance with safety standards.

Previously at CFAO Mobility (Admin/Fleet Officer), I supported employee onboarding and policy implementation while keeping vehicle compliance records accurate.
