What I'm looking for
I’m a results-oriented customer service and administrative professional with experience in telesales, customer relationship management (CRM), administrative support, and IT help desk functions. I bring strong customer engagement, problem resolution, communication, and office administration—building reliable customer relationships in fast-paced environments.
In my current role as a Telesales Representative (Tamy Consultant / Nigeria Breweries, May 2022–Present), I conduct outbound calls to promote products, provide product information, document customer interactions and feedback, and maintain accurate customer and order records for reporting and follow-up. Previously, I strengthened my organizational and client-facing skills as a Company Secretary (Iloshe Properties, Nov 2019–Oct 2020) and an Administrative Secretary (Monument Future School, Dec 2016–Mar 2018), and I supported day-to-day IT operations as an IT Personnel / IT Help Desk (NYSC) at Dangote Group (Dec 2015–Nov 2016).
