I’m a Nigerian customer service and communication professional, grounded in strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. I build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, and enjoy working with people in fast-moving environments.

My background is supported by Mass Communication studies (ND/HND) and hands-on experience through my roles in education and administration. I’ve also completed a Telemarketing Diploma and became a Certified Customer Service/Telesales Professional (November 2015), strengthening my ability to serve customers effectively and handle telesales work confidently.

In my work experience, I’ve served in teaching and secretary roles during industrial training, and I’ve supported workforce programs through NPOWER and NYSC. Across these experiences, I’ve developed reliable organization habits, teamwork skills, and the discipline to stay professional and responsive.

I’m looking for an organization where I can use my communication and organization skills, my customer service background, and my ability to work with people to deliver great service.
