I seek remote leadership roles in operations or program management to lead large teams, deliver retail technology rollouts, and drive digital transformation across the Middle East, with clear KPIs, collaborative culture, and measurable impact.

I am an accomplished operations and program management leader with 10+ years of experience leading large teams and delivering multi-million-dollar projects across North America and the Gulf region. I focus on driving efficiency, resilience, and consistent KPI performance under pressure.

At NCR Voyix I lead 120+ project staff delivering large-scale technology installations for customers such as Walmart, Macy’s and Whole Foods, managing budgets and full project lifecycles. I design and deploy automation and reporting dashboards that reduce delays and improve productivity while overseeing POS, SCO, access points, servers and network infrastructure at scale.

Earlier in my career I reduced out-of-box failure rates to under 0.3% and developed SharePoint forms and automation tools to improve database management and reporting. I trained as part of an RPA team, completed advanced AutoHotKey and C# training, and served as an SME and trainer for rollout teams.

I also consult on Monday.com automation and integrations and managed 30+ enterprise Gulf accounts driving digital transformation. I am open to remote leadership roles supporting Saudi Arabia, UAE and the wider Middle East, where I can lead operations, implementation and PMO initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
