What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote customer support or customer success work where I can resolve client issues, support digital tools and automations, collaborate across time zones, and continue growing in technical support and project coordination.

At VGROUP (Vmedia Consulting), I support clients using website, funnel, automation, and GoHighLevel CRM tools through email, text, calls, and live chat. I manage high volumes of tickets, troubleshoot system bugs, create basic automations, and process over 100 emails daily while keeping clients informed through resolution.

I'm a Project Management graduate and GoHighLevel Admin certified, with experience in administrative support, documentation, customer follow-up, and relationship management. I also teach English remotely and bring a strong interest in community building and development.
