I handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and messaging, including order tracking, refunds, exchanges, and product questions. I keep customer and order records accurate in Shopify and Microsoft Excel while supporting daily operations remotely.

At Saint Pius Hospital, I was the primary point of contact for patients by phone and email, scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups. I also managed administrative work and data entry with careful attention to confidential information.

I’ve also been delivering online English lessons as a part-time tutor with detailed lesson records and progress tracking. I’m comfortable working independently across time zones and supporting US and European business hours.
