During my Sales & Growth Internship with Excelerate x Pepagora, I identified 20 qualified business prospects using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and online research. I engaged prospects through email and LinkedIn, qualified leads against defined criteria, maintained CRM records, and collaborated remotely to improve lead quality.

At Country Kitchen Ventures, I handled 20–30 daily conversations across phone, email, and live chat while building rapport through confident communication and active listening. I also supervised a team of nine, set daily targets, and trained team members on customer-handling practices.
