In my recent role as a Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor) supporting a founder/executive, I managed 10–30 daily emails and tasks by triaging urgency and routing follow-ups without missed deadlines. I handled calendar management and meeting coordination across competing priorities, keeping operations running with zero double-bookings.

I also maintained and organized records and spreadsheets, creating a reliable filing system so files are quick to locate on request. Acting as the communication link between the executive and team members, I tracked open items and followed up to keep tasks on schedule.
