What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support a CEO or leadership team with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting follow-ups—using my discretion and accuracy to keep operations organized, teams aligned, and deadlines on track.

I’m a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting a CEO through calendar and travel coordination, meeting management, task and deadline tracking, and correspondence on the CEO’s behalf.

I’ve also handled confidentiality-focused administration as a Secretary, maintaining company records, coordinating meetings and scheduling, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on management’s behalf—always with accuracy and discretion.

I work efficiently using Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, Slack, Calendly, Canva, and ChatGPT to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and help teams stay aligned through clear documentation and follow-ups.
