What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support & Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience across e-commerce, telecommunications, and hospitality. I handle multichannel customer support—live chat, email, WhatsApp, and inbound/outbound calls—while keeping SLA targets on track.
In my current role, I manage 50+ daily customer interactions and resolve complaints using Zendesk. I also support the full after-sales lifecycle, including refunds, replacements, and escalations, while coordinating vendors and logistics from order placement through delivery completion.
I focus on measurable process improvement. I introduced a delivery inspection policy at point of delivery to reduce disputes involving damaged, missing, and dented items—strengthening accountability between dispatch riders, vendors, and customers.
