What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and AI-enabled change initiatives where I can align senior stakeholders, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable cost, process, and performance improvements.

I've led enterprise transformation across OMV Petrom’s refinery and retail operations, delivering more than €80M in cost savings through refinery-wide programs.

I bring 15+ years of experience spanning engineering, infrastructure delivery, business process management, and enterprise change. I’ve aligned 150+ stakeholders and led programs across operations, engineering, IT, finance, safety, and data management.

At UTI Grup, I managed an €11M+ infrastructure and security portfolio, including Metrorex modernization, airport modernization, and complex security-system upgrades. I oversaw delivery strategy, financial performance, contractors, technical documentation, testing, commissioning, and client acceptance.

In my current consulting engagement with Petrol Solutions, I’m standardizing operating processes and designing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle for oil and gas and retail software solutions. I also prioritize AI integration opportunities and build governance that improves ownership, decision-making, and cross-functional execution.
