What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex engineering or product programs where I can align cross-functional teams, manage risks and milestones, improve delivery processes, and bring products from charter through customer acceptance.

At ON Semiconductor Romania, I owned multiple multimillion-revenue engineering programs, contributing to several Top 10 division product releases. I led roadmap decisions on execution order, scope, objectives, and budgets while managing product cycle times, resources, deliverables, costs, risks, and stakeholder reporting.

I've led multicultural teams across marketing, sales, design, test, and operations, managed program managers, and secured product acceptance from customers and marketing. Earlier, I delivered Assystem Switzerland's first turnkey system project entirely made in Bucharest and spent a decade at Continental Automotive coordinating validation, reliability, customer-return testing, and technical stakeholder discussions.
