Throughout my career, I have successfully managed post-merger integration projects in the pharmaceutical industry, defined strategies for integration, facilitated collaboration between teams, and implemented best practices. I have also designed and coordinated global post-merger integration frameworks and governance for acquired or newly created entities.

In addition to my project management expertise, I have a solid educational background. I hold a Master's degree in International Management from Audencia Business School, where I graduated with honors. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics in Engineering from Politehnica Bucharest.
