What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT transformation, governance, portfolio, and delivery initiatives in complex financial-services or technology environments, where I can work with local and central stakeholders and apply Agile and Waterfall practices.

At BNP Paribas PF IT SSC, I lead governance-related programs and projects, managing stakeholder relationships, portfolios of up to 30 transversal initiatives, and delivery scope from objectives through DORs and DODs.

I've delivered Waterfall and Agile transformation initiatives including the Transformation Program, Digital for Us, and KPI automation, while also owning project management and IT governance procedures, capacity reporting, audit support, and governance deployment. Earlier, I worked as an IT Business Analyst on Customer Management and Home Banking applications across Romanian, Bulgarian, and Czech teams.

Before financial services, I directed Academy+Plus, a 42 Paris franchise, building partnerships, managing people, shaping product marketing and pricing, and developing its legal infrastructure. My background also includes business development for web and mobile services and brand portfolio management in the pharmaceutical industry.
