What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring structure to complex cross-functional work, improve delivery visibility, and support teams adopting new tools and ways of working.

At EPAM Systems, I coordinate the Architecture team’s project portfolio, aligning priorities, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities across ongoing initiatives.

I led the portfolio migration from Monday.com to Jira, built a Confluence workspace with reusable templates, and established weekly portfolio reviews to maintain visibility of risks, blockers, and delivery priorities. I’m also designing an enterprise-wide operating model for solution validation committees.

Previously, I coordinated audit, compliance, and remediation delivery at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and supported Order to Cash processes, reporting, and cross-functional delivery at Michelin Romania.
