What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can resolve concerns, support customers warmly, and handle priorities confidently—using my communication skills and experience documenting cases and processing transactions.

I’m an outgoing, responsible recent high school graduate eager to join a customer service team. I bring a positive attitude, strong communication, and a dependable work ethic—self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking.

At Wells Fargo, I worked as a Financial Crime Specialist handling general account processes like close account determination, holds, and restraints. I documented research findings and actions for possible referrals related to Suspicious Activity, Identity Theft Operations (ITO), and Suspected Financial Abuse, while validating transactions by contacting customers and/or vendors.

In customer-facing roles, I delivered service with a friendly atmosphere and handled day-to-day operations. As a Cashier/Customer Service team member at Al’s Deli, I operated the cash register, processed transactions, supported purchases, maintained cleanliness and organization, and handled complaints by reporting them to the Store Manager.

I’m also comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities while supporting guests through fast-paced service. Whether assisting with orders, issuing refunds and exchanges, or running food and deliveries, I focus on resolving concerns quickly and maintaining confidential, accurate records.
