I’m a customer service professional with over 6 years of experience across retail, food service, and financial support roles. I bring strong relationship building, upselling, and dispute resolution to every interaction, while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments. In food service roles, I’ve built rapport with customers and provided catering services while managing inventory and restocking. I also maintain a clean and organized work environment and collaborate with teams to support day-to-day performance. I’m comfortable handling diverse customer needs quickly and accurately.

In financial support work, I handled “Fraud Specialist & Disputes,” disputing suspicious or unauthorized transactions and flagging accounts suspected of abuse. I also supported customers by replacing credit cards and resolving inquiries, staying alert to risk and handling sensitive situations with care.
