I act as a primary consultant—designing tailored workflows and delivering technical guidance to support real business operations.

I’ve identified customer needs and translated them into actionable improvements, proposing new software features to the dev. team to drive subscriptions and attract new market segments. I also run feedback and retention efforts, conducting proactive outreach to capture qualitative insights that shape future development.

In full-cycle tele-sales, I manage the end-to-end process by identifying high-potential leads and converting them into active subscribers to meet monthly growth targets. Alongside this, I manage workloads and stay consistent in driving measurable subscription outcomes.

Before this, I completed a Business Development (Internship) at MEASURE TRONIX CO., LTD., where I built robust lead pipelines through industrial estate mapping, cold calling, and on-site demonstrations. I monitored and reported business KPIs (including quotation to Purchase Order conversion rates, service revenue growth, and contract renewals) and expanded partnership and portfolio relationships to reduce single-brand reliance.
