I’m a Senior HR Practitioner with extensive experience developing and implementing HR strategies, recruitment programs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and performance management. I’ve led full-cycle hiring—writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, participating in selection, and ensuring high-quality, up-to-date onboarding—while keeping HR systems and processes consistent and compliant.
I also bring a strong people-services mindset from my volunteer work in psycho social services: supporting groups, facilitating adherence and contemplation sessions, advocating for clients’ rights, and helping with GBV and harassment cases. I’ve educated stakeholders and clients on human rights, completed human rights tools, and supported linkage and harm-reduction efforts—translating complex needs into clear safety, compliance, and follow-up actions.
