My name is Mwima Ntwali Blaise, and I am a dedicated junior software developer with a strong foundation in customer service and quality assurance. Currently, I work as a Quality Analyst at Call Center International in Rwanda, where I monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure high standards of service.
