I am looking for a role that fosters growth and innovation in software development.

I am a dedicated and aspiring software engineer with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for creating efficient solutions. My recent internship at Big Tech Solution Ltd allowed me to enhance my skills in software maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to meet evolving needs. I actively participated in the software development lifecycle, ensuring the creation of high-quality applications that align with user requirements.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience in customer support as a Chat Agent at CCI Rwanda, where I honed my ability to listen actively and empathize with users. My education at Adventist University of Central Africa, where I majored in Software Engineering, provided me with a solid understanding of programming languages and software quality assurance. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute to innovative projects in the tech industry.
