I’m a bilingual Customer Support Specialist and software engineering student with hands-on call center experience, focused on resolving customer issues efficiently. I blend technical aptitude with strong communication to deliver exceptional service.

In my role at CCI Rwanda, I handle high-volume customer inquiries and service requests through call center systems while maintaining a first-call resolution approach. I deliver accurate product/service information, resolve escalated issues within SLA targets, and use active listening and empathy to de-escalate complaints.

I’m committed to continuous learning and strong performance in fast-paced, customer-centric environments. I maintain service quality under pressure and consistently meet KPIs for response time and satisfaction.

I’ve strengthened my foundation through the Harambee Work Readiness Program and built programming fundamentals through the HERINTECH Summer Coding Camp. I’m excited to bring my customer support strengths and growing engineering skills to a team that values measurable results and collaboration.
