I’m looking to lead business strategy and transformation at the executive level—building and scaling ventures, owning operations, and partnering with founders, shareholders, and investors to drive growth through product, commercial execution, and financial investment decisions.

I’m a Chief Operating Officer and business transformation leader with 15+ years driving growth across healthcare, technology, and financial institutions. I’ve built and scaled multiple ventures from startup through growth stage, secured venture capital funding, and directed cross-functional teams across Operations, HR, Product, and Commercial functions.

In my recent Director role at Skyn Clinic/IVtamins/Skyn Gym, I reported to shareholders and led strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth—improving clinic performance through commercial and operational initiatives, developing investment and expansion models for a three-year payback strategy, and identifying operational risks with mitigation plans. I also co-founded a digital mental health platform, scaling its operating model and securing venture funding to support product and organizational expansion.
