I’m an analytically-driven strategist and systems-thinking product builder with AI-native execution, focused on compressing the distance between insight and shipped output. I pair strategic and financial frameworks with production-grade AI systems so I can move fast without sacrificing rigor.

Recently, I shipped a production-ready two-sided marketplace SaaS MVP in 12 weeks—~75% faster than the 6-month baseline—using an AI-assisted, spec-driven build process end-to-end across PRD, architecture, and deployment. I also engineered a Floating CPM pricing model, authored the full two-sided marketplace architecture (dynamic pricing, escrow liquidity lock, quality-gated settlement, and fraud-detection logic with verification buffers), and validated a CPM-arbitrage feasibility study to project 4.5×–6.5× brand cost savings.

I’ve led strategy and product for a boutique Commerce + Content agency, delivering creative production and campaigns for 12+ brand clients (including Epson Indonesia). I productized a modular 6-pillar service ecosystem with tiered pricing and wrote client-facing collateral using a Why/How/What framework to support early Tier-1 acquisition.

Alongside delivery work, I build working AI tooling—like a 28-tool MCP suite and a multi-phase execution framework—to support daily research and writing with measurable context compression (6.8×–71.5×).
