I’m a Product Manager with 8+ years of combined experience in digital product environments, specializing in product strategy, roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. I work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-impact digital products in Agile environments.

My background spans health tech and insurance platforms at Alodokter, where I supported B2C and B2B product launches, including AI-powered features and payment system integrations. I’m analytical and customer-centric, using discovery and customer insights to translate needs into clear, prioritized product backlogs.

In my current role, I lead product squads across telemedicine and insurance, aligning initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. I manage integrations (Third Party Administrator), coordinate across engineering, compliance, and partners, and drive launches from concept through release and post-launch iteration.

I also focus on measurable outcomes—tracking KPIs and success metrics to guide iteration cycles. I enjoy turning complex clinical workflows into user-friendly experiences, including defining user journeys and interaction models for AI-assisted clinical workflows.
