I’m a Remote Operations Manager and remote team leader with 11+ years of experience in high-volume international sourcing, cross-border logistics coordination, and customer relations. I’ve led a remote team of 6 to deliver 100+ international shipments weekly via DHL across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

I manage end-to-end B2B and B2C operations—from sourcing international suppliers to order fulfillment, QC oversight, and supplier negotiation. I also run CRM and customer lifecycle management, including order processing, multi-currency payment management, and handling payments, refunds, returns, and exchanges while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
