What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics or supply chain role where I can lead end-to-end import/export operations, improve shipment visibility and compliance, manage key accounts, and optimize delivery performance.

At Seagate Express Logistics, I lead import and export operations for key accounts, integrating multi-carrier tracking platforms and managing Shipping Instructions, Verified Gross Mass filings, freight pricing, and AP/AR reconciliation.

Previously, I coordinated end-to-end international freight forwarding, including multimodal transit selection, carrier-rate negotiations, cargo consolidation, customs workflows, and exception handling. At J&T Express Egypt, I managed customer service across four regional branches and coached 25 delivery couriers to improve route operations and SLA compliance.
