What I'm looking for

Long-term, full-time or contract remote role in logistics operations, trade documentation or supply chain coordination. I work best in a team with clear processes, owning shipments from booking to delivery. Comfortable with US, European or Australian time zones. Not seeking sales or target-based roles.

I'm an international logistics and trade operations coordinator with 9 years of experience, working fully remotely since 2020 for related produce trading companies in Australia and Canada.

My daily work covers the full shipment cycle: requesting and comparing freight quotations, booking ocean and air freight with carriers and forwarders, scheduling container loading and pickups, and tracking shipments through to delivery. I prepare and control export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, phytosanitary certificates, EUR.1 certificates of origin and Letter of Credit document sets, where accuracy is critical.

Before this, I set up export procedures and documentation workflows from scratch as an Export Manager in Egypt, shipping the company's first export within three months. Earlier in my career I worked in quality systems and agricultural operations. I'm an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, trained on the BRC Food Safety standard, and have designed and delivered practical trainings, including for international Ministry of Agriculture staff.

I also hold the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and use Excel daily for tracking and reporting.

I'm bilingual in English and Arabic, with a BA in English Literature & Translation.

I'm looking for remote operations roles, not sales: logistics coordination, trade documentation, supply chain analysis, and compliance documentation.
