I'm looking to lead operational transformation, scalable supply chains, digital systems, and high-performing teams in e-commerce, distribution, or corporate operations.

I've led operations, HR, logistics, and business transformation across Remotecoders, Aladdin App, PCD, Royal Gardens, and OTEENA IT. In my current role at Remotecoders, I oversee Egypt office operations, workforce lifecycle processes, budgets, and labor-law compliance while partnering with the global CEO on organizational design.

Across e-commerce, distribution, and cross-border supply chains, I've built operational frameworks, improved fulfillment workflows, supported ERP and marketplace expansion, and managed import/export logistics across MEA and the Far East.
