What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise HR transformation—especially Oracle Fusion ERP/PMS and performance management—using organization design, BSC/KPI frameworks, and human-centered change to drive measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders.

I’m a Strategic HR & Change Management professional with 6+ years of experience leading organizational transformation, HR digital transformation, and performance management across multinational corporations and large-scale industrial environments.

Since July 2025, I’ve been a Functional Lead for the enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion PMS implementation at Elsewedy Electric, driving technology-enabled change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption at scale.

I specialize in Organization Design and Operating Model redesign, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) frameworks, and workforce reinvention—translating strategic goals into measurable KPIs, governing KPI dictionaries, and leading EOY consolidation and validation cycles.

Previously at Unilever, I led employee lifecycle transformation through onboarding and digital improvements to the joiner/leaver journey, using Workday and ServiceNow to improve HR process efficiency and data integrity, while also delivering global mobility transformation programs.
