Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science from Holy Cross of Davao College in 2022, I have developed a solid foundation in problem-solving and customer support. My experience as an Advanced Technical Support Agent at AT&T allowed me to hone my skills in providing Tier 2 technical support, where I was recognized for my performance and promoted to an escalation team.

Currently, I am working as a Technical Support Agent at Frontier Communication, where I continue to excel in providing technical assistance through chat and call platforms.
