What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging, rewarding role where I can use my technical support, problem-solving, and communication skills to contribute meaningfully, collaborate with a team, and continue my professional development.

I've supported DocuSign users at Foundever, resolving platform issues and helping customers complete faster e-sign processes. After progressing to Tier 2 support, I gained deeper backend knowledge of the platform at a global level.

I'm currently an Organizational Learning and Safety Investigation Specialist II at Uber, handling a high-urgency live queue of safety incidents. I also founded English Café in Port Said to help high school students build English awareness and fluency.
