What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced support role where I can resolve technical or customer issues through voice and chat, deliver excellent service, and continue building my troubleshooting and network-support skills.

I've supported Amazon Ring customers at TP for four years, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues through voice and chat.

I troubleshoot complex technical problems step by step, document customer interactions in CRM systems, and maintain accuracy while assisting a high volume of customers daily.

More recently, I've supported Expedia customers with hotel, activity, and car rental reservations, handling booking and account issues to create seamless travel experiences.

I also bring customer service experience from Etisalat Misr, where I handled service inquiries, billing issues, and basic technical problems. With a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University and CCNA coursework, I combine communication, organization, and practical troubleshooting in fast-paced support environments.
