What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems role where I can troubleshoot Windows, identity, device, and network issues, contribute to ITSM workflows, and grow through hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience.

I'm building hands-on IT support experience through independent network support and enterprise infrastructure labs. I configure DNS routing, optimize Wi-Fi infrastructure, and diagnose Windows and hardware failures for residential and peer networks.

I've deployed a virtualized Windows Server Active Directory domain, created Organizational Units and Group Policy Objects, provisioned accounts, reset passwords, and resolved policy conflicts with PowerShell and CLI diagnostic tools. I also integrate Windows 11 virtual machines, configure DNS forwarders, and troubleshoot deployment and connectivity issues using ping, nslookup, tracert, and ipconfig.

I'm a Computer Engineering student at Lebanese International University, with practical exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, ITSM ticket workflows, and remote support. I write KB guides and FAQs, support users through RDP, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer, and am ready for remote or on-site IT operations.
