At Makhzoumi Foundation, I support employees across multiple sites with Windows, hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. I also assist with network deployments, including cable testing, switch and access point installation, and VLAN configuration.
I support Active Directory, endpoint operations, and security tools, including CrowdStrike Falcon. I also deployed MDM and software on 100 Samsung devices, and built labs for centralized user management and network monitoring with Pi-hole and Grafana.
