I’ve built and maintained a personal Windows environment since 2018, resolving boot failures, slow performance, driver conflicts, software errors, and hardware issues.
I build custom PCs, repair laptop and desktop hardware, install printers and peripherals, and perform system maintenance including updates, disk cleanup, and malware checks. I document fixes to make future troubleshooting faster.
Through home labs, I’ve configured Windows 11 SMB network shares, managed permissions, troubleshot WiFi and TCP/IP connectivity, and implemented tested backup and restore workflows. I’m pursuing CompTIA A+ and Network+ as I work toward a professional helpdesk or IT support role.
