What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support or Network Administration role where I can apply my technical support, troubleshooting, and networking knowledge.

I'm currently providing IT support at College Melkart, supporting staff and students across Windows-based systems.

I troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues while managing user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. I also configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and network devices, reducing recurring issues through proactive maintenance and documentation.

I'm completing a Bachelor's Degree in Networking & Security at Arab Open University, where I developed a web application for Network Automation and Deception. I bring Cisco routing and switching training, LAN/WAN knowledge, and fluent Arabic, English, and French communication.
