In my current Till Operator / Customer Service Assistant role, I deliver exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately, handling complaints and returns professionally, and keeping a friendly, welcoming attitude under pressure. I build positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and I’m bringing a strong understanding of people, communication, and problem-solving into everything I do. I’m a fast learner and ready to adapt to remote tools and systems while staying reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
