I’m looking for a customer-focused organization where I can use my communication and active listening to resolve inquiries, process orders and refunds accurately, and support service excellence through continuous training and measurable results.

I’m a dedicated customer services assistant with extensive Olgar retailer experience, focused on responding to customer inquiries with care and precision. I prioritize time management and attention to detail so I can handle multiple tasks without compromising service quality.

In my Feb 2023 role, I handled 40+ daily customer inquiries, processed orders, and managed refund and complaint processing while following company policy. I also supported order tracking via phone or email and trained two new employees on POS while ensuring they adhered to customer interaction protocols.
